1. Service

AgentShot provides an AI service that generates professional headshots from photos you upload. By using AgentShot, you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and the headshots we generate for you. You grant AgentShot a limited license to process your photos solely to deliver your order.

3. Data retention

All uploaded photos and generated images are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after your order completes. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your final images.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If your results don't meet your expectations, email us within 14 days of order completion for a full refund. Professional and Team plans also include a free re-run.

5. Acceptable use

Only upload photos of yourself (or, for team orders, the individual agent being generated). You must not upload photos of minors, other individuals without consent, or public figures you are not.
