Your email address, brokerage affiliation (optional), the selfies you upload, and the headshots we generate for you. We collect payment information only through our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your card details.
Photos are used solely to train your personal AI model and generate your headshots. We never sell, share, or use your images for advertising, training public models, or any purpose beyond delivering your order.
All uploaded selfies, trained model weights, and generated headshots are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after your order completes. You can also request immediate deletion at any time by emailing agentshot@orzenta.com.
We share order information with Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Replicate (the AI processing provider). These providers process data only to deliver our service and are bound by their own privacy policies.
